MEET JONATHAN PATINO
Hi, I’m Jonathan Patino, Co-founder of Datapulse.My career started on the shop floor—operating machines, moving material, and solving problems in real time. That hands-on experience still shapes how I lead, whether I’m helping design a new cell layout or stepping in as a Part-Time COO.I hold a dual Master’s degree in Industrial and Global Production Engineering & Management, where my specialization focused on a Six Sigma Black Belt–level DMAIC implementation at a V-packing plant in the UK. I also earned my MBA in Organizational Development from the University of Texas, along with an Executive Certificate in Sales Growth Strategy from Cornell University.Over the past 15 years, I’ve helped manufacturers in aerospace, oil & gas, and food processing eliminate waste, simplify complexity, and scale systems with purpose.Fun fact? I represented Poland in the 2013 T.I.M.E.S. Tournament Semifinals in Gothenburg—earning third place in a European challenge focused on technical innovation, business strategy, and engineering excellence. Hi, I’m Aga Patino, Co-founder of Datapulse and a lifelong engineer passionate about quality, compliance, and data-driven operations.I’ve assisted cross-functional teams and process improvement initiatives in nuclear, hydrocarbon, and analytical instrumentation industries—ensuring technical precision in some of the most demanding regulatory environments in the world.I hold a Master’s in Production Engineering, a Master’s in Engineering Management, and a postgraduate degree in Data Science & Business Analytics from the University of Texas. I’m also a Certified FDA Food Safety Auditor for infant formula manufacturing, with experience leading compliance efforts for global manufacturers.At Datapulse, I help clients build reliable, scalable, and measurable systems—not just to meet standards, but to earn long-term trust.-We don’t just build systems—we build trust.

Hi, I’m Michael Cole, Logistics Guru at Datapulse and a lifelong problem solver with a passion for efficient movement, operational clarity, and strategic alignment.I hold a B.S. in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology from the University of Houston, where I served as a CLTP Student Ambassador, Marketing Board Member, and earned placement on the Dean’s List. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade developing and executing logistics strategies across high-performance industries.I’m APICS-certified in Transportation & Logistics, trained Coach in ZoomInfo Sales, and credentialed in OPSEC Awareness by the Department of Defense: equipping me to lead sensitive, fast-paced operations with both precision and discretion.At Datapulse, I ensure every delivery, install, and vendor interface happens on time, on budget, and on spec.
